Shiromaru

Been there twice and second time was even better than the first. Was nice to see a few vegan choices. I ordered the veg ramen and special requested extra hot spicy and it did not disappoint . We also tried the garlic edamame, and tofu sushi, crunchy roll(not vegetarian but excellent) which were all very fresh. Service was unexpectedly quick,.......I'd say quicker than our local Taco Bell and food came out piping hot. The staff and chefs are super attentive and work in perfect symphony from start to finish. It had everything that was important to me, cleanliness , quality, value for money , good energy and good food. My suggestions: more vegan , gluten free , soy free options, boba teas,jasmine teas, and dessert .
