Absolutely phenomenal! I have gluten sensitivity and felt great after my dining experience. I think this largely has to do with their dough fermentation process and their quality ingredients. After being to Italy and eating my fair share of pizza there, I have to say this is the closet I’ve come to eating Italian-level-pizza in the US. A great experience and super fun atmosphere! Can’t wait to return 😋
