Sho Sushi

I think we have found our new sushi place in Newmarket. We used to go to Otaru on Main Street and it closed and then we went to Sushi Itto and it closed this year. Both of those places were small and the staff and owners were very kind and attentive to my celiac disease. I felt confident with Sho Sushi as well. They provide a gluten-free soy sauce. I don't know about the wasabi but I bring my own tube whenever I go out for sushi. This is a small, intimate restaurant with a loyal clientele. The food was very fresh. The dynamite roll was the best ever without exaggeration.
