We are so glad we found this gem. This was such a lovely experience and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in trying plant-based sushi. This was one of our favorite meals we had in Japan - the service was excellent, the space is lovely, and the food was unlike anything we've ever had before. My partner is vegan and gluten free and we appreciated being able to find a sushi restaurant that accommodated these dietary restrictions. The owner is also such a kind person - we were lucky to be able to say hi and thank him for creating all of his amazing plant-based restaurants.
