Showdowns

Had a fantastic experience at Showdowns near Bryce Canyon! As someone with symptomatic celiac disease, I’m very careful with what I eat—and I had no symptoms at all here, which is always a huge relief. Their menu clearly marks gluten-free options, and there are plenty to choose from—soups, salads, BBQ, and burgers (though the burgers are served without a bun). They don’t have a dedicated gluten-free fryer, so unfortunately the fries aren’t safe, but there are great alternatives. I had a cheeseburger with mashed potatoes and a side salad, and everything was really tasty. The atmosphere was amazing—live country music and a warm, rustic setting that I absolutely loved. Would definitely go back!

An excellent dinner. A good selection of food items with gluten free and vegan options clearly identified on the menu. A fun Western atmosphere with live music on the night we were there (Tuesday evening).
