Shrimp Basket

It was a fairly busy busy evening, every table was filled, but there didn't seem to be people waiting. That being said, service was a little slower than expected... and one person in our party had to wait an extra long time because apparently, his order, the gluten-free one, was delivered to another table?!? Our server, with apologies for his order remade and promised to discount his bill... they didn't... until we pressed matter. I ordered the lobster queso-dip and chicken tenders and it came out hot, not overcooked and the lobster dip was cheesy with nice sized little lobster chunks. Not a difficult order, but it came out perfect... along with what I assume are in-house tortilla chips. The chips turned out to be the highlight of my meal. They appeared deep fried and overly greasy... but appearances can be deceiving. The chips we deliciously crunchy and seasoned to perfection and just as greasy as you'd expect something deep fried to turn out. All in all, I'd give the visit a 7/10... since the wait gave me extra time to chat and visit with friends on vacation from Ohio, it didn't actually detract from the evening.
