Shucks Fish House & Oyster Bar

My daughter has a gluten allergy that makes her extremely nauseous and causes pain when she consumes it. Tonight our server assured us that they cooked it in a different fryer and my daughter got the chicken fingers. She feels amazing afterwards, coming up to me a few minutes ago asking if we could go back soon. Of course we can honey, dad always wants a shrimp Po' Boy. Truly like an east coast oyster bar. Love this place.

I grew up in the New England coast where seafood is a staple... this food holds up 100%. Was nervous eating seafood in the middle of the country thousands of miles from the ocean, but was pleasantly surprised. Staff is always friendly and they have TONS of gluten-free options. They're also a little cheeky with their food descriptions being "Absolutely fresh" 😂 that's the name of the company that sources their seafood.

A small & cozy seafood restaurant with affordable pricing and the most welcoming staff. The food was amazing! Not greasy, not too much breading, big portions. They offer pretty much the entire menu as gluten free and they fry in a different basket but keep all the recipes the same. You don’t find that in many places. We had the risotto and the haddock! Risotto was packed full of flavor but definitely a heavy dish. Haddock was some of the best I have had. Would absolutely come back!
