Shui Subiaco

Great Asian fusion cuisine. Plenty of choices so suggest it’s best to go with a small crowd so you can share and try a bit of everything. The food variety was broad and interesting. There were some seafood specialties like salt and pepper cuttlefish, along with vegetarian dishes, many naturally gluten free, which were enjoyed by all. Service was top notch, interesting dimmed table lighting and long bench tables. Noisy, but it was due to the cocktails, at least at our table. Will return soon for another happy evening!

Had an incredible night out at Shui. Found it randomly on Google Maps and decided to give it a try and so glad we did. The service was spot-on: super attentive without being pushy or trying to upsell. Just genuinely great hospitality. The food was next level. Between the two of us, we shared four small plates, tempura broccoli, fried rice balls, snapper crudo, and pork nam prik, plus one large dish, the ox cheek, with a side of rice bread and butter. All of these gluten free Every single dish was packed with flavour and beautifully done. Highly recommend.
