Siam Thai Asian Cuisine

Very disappointed with Pad Thai with shrimp. Noodles were very chewy and shrimp is poor quality. Food here is usually good. Chose this dish as it was gluten free.

I had the shrimp spring rolls which they make without onion, and they are naturally gluten free with rice vermicelli inside and a rice wrap around it. Their spring rolls are by far the most flavorful I have found anywhere! Along with the ubiquitous lettuce, and the cilantro, he adds a little mint. The sauce served with it is so good, I snitched a little of my husband's rice to soak up the last of it. Tonight we brought our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Both of them planned on taking home leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Instead they each finished their dishes: beef drunken noodles, and chicken pad Thai.
