Siam Thai Restaurant

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was eating here, and I'm a big foodie and a cook and have pretty high standards. Every single thing we tried, 2 apps and 5 dishes plus the coconut rice were absolutely fabulous, like seriously fantastic! And with all the that, the best part of the whole thing for me was that most of their menu items were gluten free, and you'd never had known it! I haven't had pot stickers in over 10 years and they were excellent! Crispy, super yummy. I had to ask twice, 'these are gluten free?!' They had a battered & fried white dish in a slightly spicy sauce w green beans and red bell peppers that was to die for! I don't live super close, but the almost half hour drive will be worth it to go back here soon as I can. We sat out in the garden seating which was also lovely with lots of plants and a bubbling fountain. Our service was great, friendly, timely and all around pleasant.
