Siam Zap Pho

We love Thai food (and Vietnamese pho) so this spot is a win-win. It's worth a try if you're in the area. We cannot have gluten and the menu isn't marked, which is always tricky, but it seems to still be an option to make many of the dishes without gluten. Some servers have more knowledge than others, so I just ask them to double check if anything seems off. Other places sometimes won't make certain dishes or make them dry with no seasoning (bleh). A number of restaurants have come and gone from this location in the past several years. We hope this one will stick around! We first visited just a few days after opening and it was a bit chaotic, but lately the service has been quite smooth. They've also made some fun improvements to the interior decor. Enjoy!

Update: NOT for CELIACS. I noted on my order that I had a celiac allergy, no gluten. I only took a few bites before throwing it away. The next day I experienced a gluten attack. I called the restaurant to ask if there was gluten in the Pho and the lady that answered didn’t know what gluten was. Lesson learned. Call to confirm. First time I’ve ever had pho with gluten. Just the worst pho. Had my food delivered it was prompt. But WORST pho ever. Doesn’t taste like pho at all. The broth has a sweet chili taste to it. It’s pretty bland. The meat wasn’t raw (usually cooks in broth). I added veggies because it said there was bokchoy , there wasn’t. It was lettuce. A waste of $20. I just threw it away. So so disappointing.
