We stayed in Uvita two nights and visited this place three times since it was that good! Selena and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. My daughter and husband are celiac (gluten-free) and this place had so many delicious options that were clearly labeled - including multiple desserts! Great food and cocktails. On the last night, we went back so that my daughter could have a birthday cake and they remembered when we showed up that it was her birthday and made her feel really special. Highly recommend Sibu!

We love Sibu!! My SIL has celiacs and everything we got here with or without gluten was absolutely delicious. We came back multiple times during our stay in Uvita.

We had a great lunch here. My wife enjoyed a gluten free pizza which was really good and they had multiple gluten free options and were clear on allergens across their menu. I had the prawn burrito which was also great.
