Stopped here twice for lunch while visiting Martin Guitar factory. I have Celiac disease so gluten-free options are a must for me. Owner said he could make all but two chicken dinners GF. I picked chicken parm, which was one of the two, but he made me grilled chicken parm anyway! It and the GF penne were very good and the portions were generous. It was better than what I've had at a fancy restaurant close to home. The second time I chose the GF pizza. It comes in it's own foil pan and with a sealed pizza cutter so there is no cross contamination. This GF crust reminded me of flatbread. I've had better, but tastes vary, and other places don't take these kinds of precautions, so I encourage you to give it a try.
If you don't eat gluten-free the by-the-slice option is great.
