A MUST have in Bologna! This is some of the best Japanese food I’ve had, and I have been to Japan over 5 times!! My partner is celiac and the waiter was so polite and careful with his recommendations. Most options could be ordered, and soy sauce omitted during preparation. Only the donburi and onigiri were off limits to her. We ordered the salmon crudo, tuna truffle nigiri, octopus nigiri and they were incredible. So fresh and tender! Can’t wait to go back.
