They offer gluten-free pizza! I ordered a regular pie online and was pleased to see that they have a gluten-free option. For someone who suffers from celiac disease, this is a big deal. Most restaurants do not offer gluten-free options. Often times I am left out. I was so happy to see they had a gluten-free option. Not to mention that when the pizza was delivered it was clearly baked in its dish, and they provided a gluten-free pizza cutter with the pizza. This is all to prevent cross contamination.

Out of all the pizza places in Pine Bush, Sienas has the best gluten free pasta. Toscos gluten free food sends me to the bathroom within like 10 minutes. Staff is also so friendly!
