The first time I came, I was really impressed with the buffet, but this time not so much. The food was not hot enough and the rice was not even lukewarm. I would have been concerned, but since I went at noon I knew that fresh dishes were being put out so it wasn't a safety concern at the time. I wish they would label which foods are gluten-free, so I wouldn't have to ask. I was disappointed that the spinach dish did not have the traditional cheese curds in it. The best dish was the Curry Chicken. I went back for seconds. I was delighted to see that they offered a dessert made with carrots. I used to eat something similar at a well known cafeteria chain in the past. It was delicious! There was traditional Indian music playing each time, which was nice. I hope the next time I visit that the food is as good as it was the first time and that the temperature of the foods on the buffet is warmer.
