Excellent food with a rustic sawmill atmosphere. Farm to Table options as well as some gluten free. Many of their condiments are for sale in their gift shop.

I am from St. Louis so I was only traveling through but I have Celiac and I was recommend to The Silo as a safe place to eat. They have incredible food served by incredible staff in an incredible environment. There is a great vibe here and it is clean. I ordered (cornmeal breaded) catfish and fries and it was amazing. They have separate fryers for different foods. Very important to me. Fries are separate. Catfish is separate, etc. And our waitress was very friendly and helpful in making sure my selections were Gluten Free. Additionally, they have sound dampening ceiling tiles which really helps with 'reverb' in a big building like that.
