Was travelling to Waterville to meet friends for lunch, found SST on the web after doing a search for gluten free menus. As we arrived we were greeted by a server Zack, and seated. My wife who gluten intolerant orders a Medeteranian salad. Zach offered to exchange pita bread with gluten free wrap toasted. When the meal arrived the salad container contained tabolli, my wife missed that in the description. I called Zack over an asked if it contained wheat, be left with the plate. My wife has been often left with no food as other in our party went on to eat. But not this time, Zack returned in a short time with a solution not an excuse or empty handed. He had a new salad minus the gluten containing ingredients. This was a first and thanks to Zack and the kitchen crew a bummer became a great lunch. Thanks to Zach at SST we will stop in whenever we pass though.
