We were served by a Wonderful young man called Jeramy today at mandurah Simmos who when realising my 2 young grandchildren were both celiac he opened a new tub of the GF ice cream so there was no chance of any cross contamination . He was obviously very well trained and informed of the seriousness of being celiac or the dangers of anyone with allergies .
