My adult daughter has a gluten allergy and dairy intolerance, and we have been driving to a bakery over 30 minutes away to buy bakery items for her to enjoy. Decided to search local in Wellington/Royal Palm Beach area and found Simply GF Kitchen! Connected with Meredith, the bakery chef and ordered a delicious GF carrot cake with DF cream cheese frosting for our daughters birthday yesterday. The cake was delicious, moist and flavorful! Very pleased! We will be ordering more over the holidays and other times throughout the year. Meredith the business owner is highly responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this business!
