Singapore Restaurant

DO NOT eat from here if you have an allergy or celiac. Ordered from here many times and have always been great, but tonight it has taken a 360 turn. We placed an order for collection, stated on the phone the whole order was to be completely gluten free, when we arrived home to serve up our order i immediately noticed the noodles were not gluten free even though a sticker for gluten free was places on the container. We phoned up and we were asked to take the whole order back and would be given a complete fresh one and they were apologetic. When my husband went and took the order back he was fuming as this could make me extremely poorly, which is understandable after a serious mistake, instead of taking accountability for their mistake they tried to make excuses and blame us for the mistake, first they said they were extremely busy and mistakes can happen (only 1 table was occupied in the restaurant) and second they said we should of stated what noodles we wanted for the chow mein on the phone, correct me if I’m wrong but if you are placing allergy stickers on food you SHOULD know what allergies are in that dish, plus we stated we wanted all dishes gluten free. Hugely disappointing, needless to say I did not eat any food that evening and most of it went to waste as the trust had gone. Being busy and blaming the customer for your mistake isn’t a good enough excuse. Needless to say I will not be giving you our custom again.

Amazing food. Staff lovely and friendly that worked here. They were very good at making sure our Gluten Free orders were correct.
