Singluteneria

It is a luxury to have the sympathy and great work of Esther to make available to us a wide variety of gluten-free products made with the best ingredients and, above all, with a lot of love.

Singluteneria has been one of my Three Kings gifts this year because I knew them for their delicious Three Kings roscón. So I decided to try their tuna and tomato dumplings, and their boletus dumplings (which are delicious), their no less delicious and healthy oatmeal muffin, which brightens up your coffee or dinner, and their star product - my opinion palate😉-, the bagels, which brighten your day because they are amazing how delicious they are 😋 They have many more types of bread and pastries that I will try... I consider myself very lucky to have such healthy, delicious and accessible bread. Thank you very much, Singluteneria, for your dedicated work to make sensitive and delicate palates happier 🙏🏼

It is the place that all of us who eat gluten-free, whether because of celiac disease, intolerance or simply because gluten doesn't agree with you, have always dreamed of. The bakery is very good and the breads are super successful. But the pastry is fantastic. They give a fantastic touch to biscuits, cakes, buns... Everything in general is good, but especially, to highlight something, the chocolate palm trees are delicious 😋
