Today marks two occasions where the milk I ordered for my coffee has been messed up in the past two months. The first time I was served oat milk instead of almond milk. I'm Coeliac and severely intolerant to oat milk as it causes intestinal damage that takes 6-12 months to repair. The second time I was served cows milks instead of almond milk. When my partner went to double check the error at the cash register, the server insisted we ordered cows milk, despite her specifically relaying the order as almond milk to us before we paid. It's such a shame they can't get something as simple as milk right. The staff always look miserable too. There are so few Cafes in the area and they've just lost two loyal customers.
