Their Liang Pi Cold Skin Noodles and beef noodle are amazing!!
Personally, the Cold Skin Noodles are the best in OC Area!!! An excellent cold noodle dish served with seitan (wheat gluten).
I love their chill oil, and it's actually a pretty tame option in terms of spices, and it's really good. The skin noodle tastes awesome, I feel its cold skin noodles tastes as good as Xi' An Famous Foods's (The one based in NY)!! I'll come back to try other cuisines!! Highly recommend it to all Irvine Foodies!!!
