Sixteen Ounce

I recently tried Sixteen Ounce's meal delivery service and I'm thoroughly impressed! Their meals are not only delicious but also cater to a variety of dietary needs, including keto, gluten-free, and vegan options. The convenience of having ready-to-eat meals delivered to my door is a game-changer, especially with my busy schedule. The portion sizes are perfect, and the meals are packed with fresh vegetables and high-quality protein. I also appreciate the creativity and variety in their menu. I really enjoyed my meals with Sixteenoz. I wasn’t sure what to expect with asking for pescatarian and gluten free meals but there was still so much variety! And they had more veggies that just cauliflower and broccoli which was really refreshing! I also feel like they give more protein than other meals because I was really full! I’d be curious to get the macro breakdown. I’ve tried a lot of meal preps in the GTA and this is now one of my favourites! Curious to see what their plant based meals are like and their snacks! Wish their meat was halal because I’d be all over that too!
