Skinner's Loft

Skinners loft was fun. My dining mate has severe food allergies, and they verified that the fryer wasn't cross contaminating with gluten. Super awesome. Most restaurants can't do that. My dinner had hiccups. I got the watermelon salad, and the lettuce was bad. They fixed it and comped the salad part. Service was impeccable throughout this. The salmon was perfectly cooked, also. I'll definitely go back. They had some organic options, the fish was wild. Yea, good stuff!

Great go-to for live music, good atmosphere, great food, and a mean cocktail. They make martinis well, and the fries are gluten free 😍 . I usually get the steak here, but have had great experiences with other dishes as well. I’d recommend this place as one of my top 5 favorites in the city.
