Due to a previous supremely unhelpful order taker I pretty much vowed Not to return. Seriously, based on the Ordertaker's non-helpful, I told him it was my first time there, apathetic bordering on rude behavior I thought Skinny Fats did not care or cater to those of us with food allergies. Well, today I went to Skinny Fats to pick up for a coworker. Enter Order taker Josh. As I talked to Josh about my co-worker's order we began discussing the menu. Josh was so knowledgeable and helpful he explained everything as enthuastically and with a smile I being a person who is heavy on the food allergy Spectrum needed to know. Skinny Fats has Gluten Free Toast! With a little help I was able to get a burger and sub the bread for GF Toast. So taking Josh's recommendation I ordered Wake N Bacon adding a Turkey patty no cheese Sriracha cream cheese on side and the Cauliflower Rice. What an over the top delicious experience. Thanks to Josh I will definitely return to the Dean Martin Skinny Fats what a wonderful way to erase a bad experience. Thank-You Josh. I hope the company appreciates you as much as I do.
