Skipolini's Pizza

I liked the vibe. The patio was nice, vetties gluten and lactose free pizza was amazing. I have health problems that force me to make better choices like this and I wasn't even salty about it. Yum! There are also historical pictures all over the place showing what the building used to be.

I have a very restrictive diet because of migraine sensitivity and Barrett's esophagus, so no gluten, no dairy, no spices, pepper, onion, or the like. Skipollini's has a pizza that is almost perfect for me, a gluten free lactose free specialty pizza that they were very happy to work with me to make substitutions on for the toppings that I am not able to eat. And it was delicious! One of the best gf pizzas I've had out. Only complaint was that they drown my wife's salad in too much dressing, should have gotten it on the side. But even there, they were so sorry and sent her home with a fresh one, undressed.
