We have been to Skippers several times. Staff and service are solid and we have always had a good meal.
Prime rib is consistently tasty and the have gluten free pasta for my wife which is a plus.
We have never had a poor meal there and the drinks are reasonable.
I recommend this place.

Alex was great! My girlfriend is celiac so sometimes dining out can be a pain, but the cook was very knowledgeable, and we both had awesome steaks. Not to mention the great soup an salad bar as well as the amazing key lime pie and coconut sorbet. 10/10 would recommend.
