Skippy's Gyros

In an age where nobody eats bread or gluten or all the other things that were once the primary parts of every delicious meal..... I told the manager I wanted the experience of having a beef without being filled with bread or feeling unsatisfied by only eating the meat and leaving my bread. He said, "I got you! You want sausage too?" They have a bowl. It is beef with sliced up sausage and peppers with lots of juice and peppers with melted cheese on top. He knew exactly the dish I wanted before I was fully aware of what I wanted. This may have become my new default quick meal. Chipotle has been replaced. The beef was perfect. And the sausage had just the right crisp exterior and juicy inside. Normally, I ask for hot peppers and am left wanting. These peppers were actually hot. I will be going back for this dish. Staff was friendly and inviting. It felt like I was stopping in at an old friend's restaurant.
