What an amazing experience to get a gluten-free waffle ice cream when I can't tolerate gluten. You handled it very well. The waffle was individually wrapped in plastic and you washed your hands before making a delicious ice cream for me. Thank you. A great idea would be to put up a sign in the window saying GLUTEN-FREE WAFFLES 👏🏻
