Whenever I have gone to Sky 360 it was for dinner. If you have food alllergies; skip brunch. There is no gluten free bread and very free vegan or healthy options. Almost every dish came with French fries - after Christmas all I wanted was some avocado toast or dairy free yogurt and granola. The server was very busy and tried to accommodate us though I ended up ordering a fruit plate.
Avoid brunch and go for dinner.
