The laboratory offers a wide variety of products that differ between the winter and summer seasons, in order to always offer fresh delights. I tasted savory and sweet specialties, including the inevitable pasticciotto pugliese and, worthy of note, an exquisite stuffed croissant, in my experience very difficult to find in a gluten free version. The staff, in addition to being extremely courteous, is also prepared and professional. If you are in the area, Slurp is worth a visit. You will not be disappointed!

Exceptional gluten free laboratory with many delicious sweet and savory products. Fabulous pasticciotto! Very courteous and friendly staff. A must-see not only for those with celiac disease but for anyone who loves to eat well. We will definitely be back!
