Having celiac, it’s hard to find a place that has Gluten Free cakes but Smallcakes does! If you’re able to order a day ahead, you of course get more flavor options but they keep GF vanilla cupcakes on hand and you can get any of the topping applied :)

They do custom orders. I get gluten-free orange cranberry cupcakes. No icing. It apparently makes it a muffin.
