Of the 100s times I've ordered, this was the best experience I've ever had. The owner truly cares about his customers.
My Story: I'm in Phoenix for a conference and I need kosher and gluten free.
No Delivery Options on Any App -- Smash offers to do an Uber handoff
At the conference hotel I couldn't find a single delivery option. I called Smash -- they didn't have delivery this week -- and they offered to rush it out if I sent an Uber.
No Gluten Free Buns -- Owner off to the rescue
Ronnie -- the owner -- messaged me PERSONALLY from his cell that his staff couldn't find gluten free buns. He was going to rush to Trader Joe's to pick some up. Thankfully, a few minutes later an employee found them.
Delivery and Meal -- Crazy Delicious
I was so excited when it arrived. And it was better than I was expecting. Even if you're not ordering for delivery etc., -- when in Phoenix go to Smash.
