Smashburger

This was our first time at Smashburger and it was such a great experience! Joshua welcomed us with a big smile and even gave us a printed menu with helpful suggestions for gluten-free options. He checked in after our food arrived and was wonderfully attentive throughout. The brussel sprouts and sweet potato fries were unexpected and delicious!

I really liked it. I ordered the spicy fries. It was obviously a powder. A little disappointing there, and also with the cost. Other than that, I would go back. Food was good, and enjoyed! And for those w Celiac they have Gluten Free Buns.

Not the best burger I've had but I give it a 7.5/10, but the gluten free bun is the worst, tasteless and completely falls apart. Next time I'll do a lettuce bun. The meat was juicy and flavorful but the bacon could have been cooked longer. The fries were a bit above average. Overall I'd give this place a 3.5/5, better than 5-Guys but not as good as Mooyah (unfortunately they closed locations in VA). Price-wise was less than 5-Guys. The manager came around asking people if everything was ok and giving out $5 coupons. Will give it another shot next burger craving.
