Smashburger

They have gluten free buns here! The burger was great. It was juicy and looked like something you would make at home. Not your standard shaped burger like it was pre cut. I added bacon, lettuce, and avocado. I would have given a five if the fries would have been hot. All three orders were cold.

For the past year, we have been looking forward to a Smashburger, but sadly we were very disappointed. From our order time to arrival at our table, we waited 28 minutes for dine-in service. We took note of the people around us, and they were all experiencing the same delayed food time. Online orders and to-go are prioritized here at this location. It was disappointing to see people walk in, place a to-go order, and get their meal in less than seven minutes. We ordered two different meals, and they arrived the same, DRY and overcooked. Our Avocado double burger was beyond well-done and borderline hockey pucked. Our smoked brisket sandwich was the same, over-fried, clearly reheated, and not sauced to cut the cardboard chew. Please do not order the Gluten Free bun; it falls apart immediately when you lift it. EXPENSIVE for two burgers and one side of fries, $45 is too much for the lack of quality received. We hoped the sweet potato fries would be better, their portion is small and the price does not justify the quantity. The flavoring for the fries was good, but they were sent out to us cold and soggy.
