Grabbed a plain, gluten free burger before my flight out of Boise. They took so long to make the food that I grabbed the bag and headed for my plane. I was given the burger pictured…and now I’m on a flight with a gut bomb I can’t eat. Smashburger should refund my money, but guess what? Good luck contacting them, because they don’t care and won’t answer. Go anywhere but Smashburger at the Boise Airport. They won’t get your order right and, even if they do, they will give your order to someone else!

Very long TSA line. Manager was extremely nice and helpful letting us order right before close. Staff made a gluten free burger and it was delicious. Thank you!
