It looks like a fast food restaurant but it isn't for the simple fact that they take a while to bring you food. The ingredients are probably of slightly higher quality than normal fast food and you can feel it but they don't have branded drinks (coca for example is a sub brand or produced by them). Celiac/gluten-free/gluten free/non-gluten sandwich and chips option with possible contamination (but no problems encountered).
