Terrible customer service. They ran out of regular buns. All they had were chipotle or gluten-free buns, which you have to pay additional money for. That was not properly explained. Why make the customer pay additional money when you are at fault. When I asked to speak to a Manger to have the additional charges taken off, some rude and unprofessional person told me it was my fault for not choosing to have the burgers without a bun.

My wife has celiac and they do hand down the Best job with her food! But it seems that all meals ive had there have been beyond hot and very good! Great job!
