Almost everything on the menu is good.
The Original Salad is better.
All regular pizzas are good.
The gluten free crust leaves a lot to be desired.
It's tasteless. Except where the edges were burnt, but I don't give extra credit for burned edges. Anyone can do that. I happen to like crispy, crunchy edges with a burnt taste. Some folks don't.
The middle of the crust was uncooked, almost impossible to cut and barely warm. Maybe the oven temp was not properly set. I'm not an oven expert, but I know a good crust when I eat one. This wasn't a good crust tonight.
If you don't have to eat wheatless foods, enjoy all the pizzas at Smashing Tomato...and enjoy the video of Italy that is constantly looping.
