Prior to coming to Williston, I looked for gluten free dining options. While nothing fancy, I was so impressed with the staff. The Mo was the best gluten free sandwich I’ve had in the ten years I’ve been gluten free. I will definite back. Thank you Smiling Moose Williston team!
