Bison was good, but not my favorite burger. We are foodies & always visit places we don't have at home, in Indiana.
They do offer a gluten free bun, but it falls apart, almost immediately. Ended up eating patties with a knife & fork. Reg & sweet potato fries were okay, nothing special.
I prefer a burger in a bowl from 5 Guys.

Cool place. Was not expecting the wait in line, seat yourself dynamic, and because of it, food seems pricey. Food was awesome, bar service was slow but overall, a great place for a great burger.
Good gluten free options.
