Smokin' Oak Wood-Fired Pizza and Taproom

A couple of draws for us: gluten-free pizza available, self-serve taps and fantastic pizza. We started off sharing an order of cheesy bread. Very fresh bread and just the right amount of cheese. We chose 3 different varieties from the pizza menu. There's something inherently superior in the taste of pizza from a wood-fired oven and they nailed it in all three of ours. A sampling of the offerings from the self-serve taps was impressive. We went on a Monday night, so crowds and waiting were not an issue. My son lives in Lutz and says it's worth the drive to get here. We'll be back!

Very confusing about gluten free pizza. It doesn't say GF on the paper menu. I believe they said 2 gf pizzas, turns out only 1. The one I had was not gluten free, and I asked the waitress if it was gf she said yes. It was tasty, but I have to eat gluten free. Salad was real good, but way too much dressing. I'm honest, thx.
