Smokin Yard's BBQ

I do love BBQ and this is the best BBQ in the state. I had the smoked chicken wings, and they were the best chicken wings I have ever eaten anywhere---by far. My son had the BBQ ribs, and they were the best he had ever had anywhere. They have delicious gluten free options for people with celiac disease as well. All with reasonable prices. We happily drive from an hour away just to go here for dinner.

I can’t even begin to tell you how much fun I had this past Thursday. I stepped out on a limb for my staff because I wanted to do something different for our “Holiday Party” where we could gather for good food, good fellowship, and support local businesses. Josh, Galen, and the amazing team at Ink & Drink Denver and Chris at Smokin’ Yards BBQ (side-by-side businesses) helped me nail it and they FAR EXCEEDED anything I could have ever hoped for. We had the pulled pork, pulled chicken, and brisket along with sides (mac & cheese, creamed corn, green beans, and baked beans) and some of the pans could’ve been licked clean because there weren’t any bits of food left on them! (We fed a group of 50) Chris was even kind enough to help me note the items that were gluten-free. EVERYTHING was delicious and I cannot wait to come back!
