Sunday afternoon, came in for some gluten free options. The yellowtail himachi was some of the best I've ever had! It was fresh, large slices, tender, and no sinew or skin. I ordered the spicy tuna roll, and it had just the right amount of spice. Again, the freshness and quality of the fish was incredible! I ordered the poblano soup, it felt hearty and had a nice level of spice. The cheese in it was good but not overpowering. My cousin ordered the steak Baja and could not stop saying good things about it. And the chowder he ordered was "just like his mom used to make". Finally the oysters on half shell were so exceptional we ordered a second round of them! Addi was our server and she was as cool as she made us feel classy. She's worth requesting, and you will not be disappointed with the service she provides! 10/10 & 100% we will be back at this location. This is my new favorite sushi spot in IF Town!
