Smoking Monkey Pizza

Best pizza in town, gluten free crust is amazing also!! 👏 🥰

The food is great. The delivery is terrible at least 4/5 of my last order took over an hour to arrive and I'm just outside downtown. When ordering pick up they'll say 20 minutes and when you get there on time they say 15 more minutes. Id love to love this place more as they have great pizza and Gluten free but I just can't get past these issues. Id love for them to hire someone who wants to work there. I feel it could make all the difference.

I am SAD! After moving to Renton 10+ years ago after they had just opened and myself having ordered 100+ pizzas here during that time but I am done with Smoking Monkey after the new ownership has taken over. Getting an answer about anything is difficult. Been left waiting at the front counter for 5+ minutes while the kitchen argues and purposely ignores you. Had to remake my Gluten Free Pizza after I opened it and could tell that it was made with standard crust. I only checked because this had happened the previous time and only noticed after I got home. They are short on the phone with you and honestly need customer service training to at least be able to answer basic pizza related questions. I hope they figure it out.
