I have always loved our little co-op, but the addition of the Smoothie Shack is the icing on the cake (or smoothie in this case). My favorite thing is the lox bagel and the Sunrise City juice with beets. I could eat this everyday for lunch. Everything I’ve gotten has been yummy and I don’t have to worry about if it’s gluten free or not, because EVERYTHING is!!!
