OK for my fellow gluten-free friend here’s the hint Monday morning the deep fat fryer is free of pollutants so I had fried chicken that day. But for the most part barbecue chicken half chicken with a side of green beans and their barbecued corn cannot be better. It’s too bad people can’t learn to make cornbread without gluten it’s so simple just use corn flour, by the way it’s called corn bread, it uses corn meal, why ruin it with wheat flour? I wish they would serve it with pickles when they don’t give you big pieces of Texas toast but sometimes they will kindly substitute the bread for some pickles.
