This is a fast casual restaurant that serves amazing baked chicken and tater tots. We were greeted by Isaac, the general manager and he waited patiently as we decided answering our questions as we read through and discussed the options. Isaac turned our very good experience into an excellent experience. Prices were fair for healthy food, comparable to other fast casual restaurants. There are a lot of options, sweet, savory, and spicy. I ordered the wings with half lemon pepper and half smokey honey peach with all carrots (although all of the veggies are very good), southwest ranch and hot peach sauce with Maple Tots. Wow! The chicken was crispy on the outside tender and juicy on the inside, the peach wings were my favorite, the spicy sauce was cut perfectly by the sweet. The lemon pepper was bold, salty and wonderful in the southwest ranch or just by itself. The maple tots, likewise, were crunchy on the outside soft and potatoey on the inside, sweet, salty and mapley. I think could have eaten another bag even though I was pleasantly full and found a convenient togo box by the drink stand. Isaac checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect (it was). The place was lively enough not to be boring but quiet enough for easy conversation. Everything was clean. Overall, highly satisfied and I have recommended them several times already. It's always nice to find a new place and then to have it be amazing! Most of the menu is gluten free and they offer gluten free buns for the sandwiches (all individually wrapped for safety). Each entree goes through the convection oven on its own, clean grill tray, the convection fans blow down over the food to minimize cross contamination with the breaded products. I felt the safety was very good. They use clean bowls, clean utensils, fresh gloves and a smile for gluten safety. The safest choice is the wings and the tots which are always gluten free and are cooked in a completely separate oven from the gluten. I left feeling pleasantly full and good. They don't use any seed oils on the food, nothing is fried. I felt good all day and wasn't hungry again for hours as you'd expect if you cooked at home. This has gotten so unusual with restaurant food that it was surprising. I will definitely be back soon!

We love this place! The wraps are delicious and my kids love the tots. They even have gluten free options!
